1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the JanPulse political intelligence platform and mobile application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Eligibility

JanPulse is exclusively designed for elected representatives and their authorized staff members. To use our Service, you must:

• Be an elected Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA), Member of Parliament (MP), or Member of Legislative Council (MLC)
• Be an authorized staff member of an eligible representative
• Successfully complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process
• Provide valid government-issued identification and proof of position
• Agree to constituency-based data access restrictions

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Not share your account with unauthorized individuals
• Log out from shared or public devices

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JanPulse solely for legitimate constituency management and political intelligence purposes. You will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purposes or activities
• Access data outside your authorized constituency
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
• Share sensitive political intelligence with unauthorized parties
• Use the platform to spread misinformation or engage in defamatory activities
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or election commission guidelines

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of JanPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Constituency data is isolated and accessible only to authorized representatives
• All data is encrypted and stored securely in compliance with Indian data protection laws
• We do not share your data with third parties without explicit consent
• You retain ownership of your constituency data
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data for platform improvement

6. Intellectual Property

The JanPulse platform, including its software, algorithms, user interface, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that:

• JanPulse retains all rights to the platform and its proprietary technology
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by JanPulse without compensation

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance and updates
• Suspend service for security or technical reasons
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Terminate accounts that violate these terms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JanPulse Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail KYC verification or lose eligibility
• Engage in activities that compromise platform security
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
